With over 30 year's experience as a qualified optometrist, he knows the importance of trust in building a community opticians. With a love for design, both in eyewear and in life, he took over the practice in 2023 to modernise and transform the 60 year practice. In between seeing patients he can be found watering the plants, and would probably be a gardener or interior designer in another life.

Scott has worked in optics for most of his adult life, and has managed several local practices. He has a wealth of experience and likes to spend time with you when choosing your new eyewear. He understands lenses like the back of his tattooed hand and will make sure you are happy with your new spectacles. He loves his tattoos, has an interest in 3D printing and likes to game in his spare time.

Nick has worked in some of the most exclusive opticians in the country for over 15 years, and has a deep understanding of what makes great eyewear. Friendly and laid-back, he is our big bearded Mancunian with an even bigger smile, and choosing your new glasses with him will be a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Outside work he loves indie and rock 'n' roll music, gaming, and trips to the theatre.

 Georgie is a qualified optometrist whose varied career has been in independent optics. She lives in Heaton Moor and her two kids love our shop window displays. They can often be found with their noses against the glass. When she is not providing excellent eye care she can be found in downward dog on her yoga mat.

Marcus loves styling the Heatons. He'll make sure your eyewear fits perfectly and has an added wow factor. You'll always get an honest opinion when choosing your frames, sometimes too honest. He loves glasses nearly as much as his two sausage dogs. He is the owner of the practice with Anthony who he calls his work wife.

Rachelle is an experienced frame stylist who will help you find the perfect pair of glasses. She'll also adjust the fit to make them comfortable and to ensure your vision is optimal. She brings with her many years of experience and is always in a sunny bright mood.
